Context
A vacuum sensor for residual gas analysis had to be moved from prototype status to a production-ready product state.
My Role
I supported the transition to series production through validation, PCB and enclosure sourcing, and ERP integration.
Technical Challenge
Moving from prototype to series requires more than functioning electronics. Components, enclosures, validation, documentation and ERP structures must fit together.
Solution
I performed validation experiments, supported sourcing of PCBs and enclosures and integrated the system into SAP ERP.
Impact
The project supported the industrialization of a measurement device and its preparation for repeatable production.
